by special request for groups and gardening clubs.

May 25th –11 a.m. Houseplants are Hip! Join staff member & houseplant expert, Amanda
Kevern to learn the basics of houseplant care & selection and get some really inspirational
ideas how best to display them!
May 25th 2 p.m. Chickens in the Garden - Our young & talented staff member, Hailey
will talk about raising and keeping chickens and how they can peacefully coexist
in your garden and provide benefits in addition to delicious eggs! There MAY be
some feathered guests joining us as well.
NEW Saturday July 13th – 10 a.m. Success and Fun with Succulents – Free class discussing
care of all things succulent and some fun ideas for planting them to have fun with
decor. FREE class but we hope you bring your own container or choose from some
of ours and buy some of our favorite succulents! PLEASE RSVP and BRING A CHAIR

April 22nd – Opening Day for the Season
April 26th & 28th - Spring native plant sale to benefit JDCF (Jo Daviess County Conservation
Foundation) A selection of spring blooming native plants will be featured and proceeds
will be donated to JDCF. Quart pots, first come, first serve.
May 12-14th – Plant Addicts Weekend – Our annual celebration of all things plant.
Free refreshments and a free plant for Mom on Mother’s Day.
May 16th -18th - Native plant sale to benefit JDCF which will feature a nice selection
of summer and fall blooming natives. Quart pots, first come, first serve.
